In the past two decades, it is from the initial compliment-“durable” from the regular customers to currently the “original” with many design patents. In the field of plastic housewares, Chahua also sticks to continue its own way and never gives in.

The household industry personnel makes fun of themselves “contrast to the electric appliance, communication, IT software, we are as common and not observed” housewives.” Truly, The housewares such as basins, baskets, cups and pots were what consumers daily used, but did not receive much attention.” Therefore, the difficulty could be imagined if the household industry intended to set up the brand image. But Chahua made it and sold it over the china’s market with annual profit of nearly CNY 100 million and was listed on the stock exchange

In the end of 1990s, china’s plastic housewares industry advanced rapidly. Subsequently, price wars prevailed in the market. And the manufacturers cut corners one after another. But Chahua did not involve in the war and cut the cost of raw materials, conversely the products became thicker and thicker, and the principal parts were stronger. Over the time, brand reputation was established by contrast.

Till now, Chahua has been established a strict system of quality control, and earlier adopted the ISO9001:2008 quality system in the industry. Each working procedure performs corresponding quality management system, and effectively avoids the blind spots in quality control from IQC, IPQC, FQC, and after-sales quality control to employees training in self-inspection, mutual inspection and the patrol inspection. Chahua is also one of the main draft men of the national standards for GB/T28797 plastic dustbin and GB/T28798 plastic storage box. 

According to the data from the first issue in 2017 of Journal of China plastic industry communication association, among 150000 firms in the plastic MFG industry, there were merely 143 large ones, occupied 0.97%, and 1666 medium ones, occupied 11.28%. So the top ten of the main business income were occupied only 3.1%, and the largest one was less than CNY 20 billion. 

In a word, the degree of industry concentration is low, and the enterprise is small and dispersive, and a real big brand has not been shown up. And Chahua is making great efforts to become the brand the consumers trust all the time.
